Element78, developers of Carbon360 – 360 appraisal software, reports strong interest and uptake in its SaaS model since its launch at HRSS 2009.

The company also confirms an expanding user base for its Enterprise model and its annual Pay-as-you-go product.

The HR software and web specialist introduced Carbon360 in 2005, when the company successfully entered the market with its powerful browser-based product. The pay per review model is meeting demand from companies with ad hoc/ gradual role-out requirements and non company wide applications.

Reporting on the success of the SaaS model, Iain Rhodes Managing Director of Element78 said:

Companies that have adopted the SaaS pay per review model include the Loch Fyne restaurant group HR solutions provider Kenexa and business psychologists, Human Assets.
